As of August 4, 2023, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Perpetuation project to replace bridge approaches along 0.5 miles of I41 between Parkview Dr and WIS 29 in the Villages of Ashwaubenon and Howard in Brown County. 14 asphalt bridge approaches will be replaced with structural approaches and concrete pavement at I-41/Oneida St Interchange and I41/WIS 29 interchange including B-5-621,617,616,612, 618, 619, and 663. Anticipated Construction Cost: $3,000,000-$3,999,999 Advertised Fixed Fee % : 7.25 Fixed Fee Notification : The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Wis DOT - RFP Engineering - Perpetuation - Bridge Approach Replacement *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
