Each awarded bidder will be required to conform to the requirements of all Federal, State, and local codes and ordinances, and obtain all permits and inspections as required. Each bidder must comply with the New York State Labor Law, including the payment of prevailing wages. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date without the consent of the Village.
