The project will be a total remodeling of the men's and ladies' restrooms to include new floors, ceilings, lighting, plumbing and associated fixtures. BIDDER may not withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or reject any or all bids. To be given consideration, questions must be received by 10 a.m. 3 calendar days before the bid opening date. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications which, if issued, will be sent by facsimile. Conformation of receipt is required. Failure of any bidder to receive any such addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under his/her bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents This project consists of MAJOR renovation of both the men's and women's restrooms in the Webster County Fiscal Court, 25 US Hwy 41A South, Dixon, Ky. The demolition of the existing fixtures will be done by WCFC. The contractor will be responsible for new plumbing (on opposite of existing wall), new lighting, toilets, sinks, partitions, stud walls, tile floor and walls, paint, HVAC, drains, and all other items as shown on plans to completely renovate and make usable the two restrooms. Both restrooms are to be fully compliant with the latest edition of Kentucky Building Codes and ADA compliant. Contractor is responsible for all permits, local and state if required. Base bid elements of the restrooms' renovation are provided below.
