A. The project consists of (but is not limited to) the following: 1. Desigo Migration Scope of Work: the system shall be an extension of the Desigo building automation system and all controllers and software shall match existing or be the latest version of existing. Contract Documents, were prepared for the project by Associated Design Group, Inc., 3909 West Congress Street, Suite 201, Lafayette, Louisiana 70506, (337) 234-5710. D. The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract. E. Contractor shall note that local building permits are not required for State of Louisiana owned building projects. F. Contractor shall note that all requirements of OSHA must be met including the Hazard Communication Standard. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount, written by a surety or insurance company meeting the requirements noted in R.S. 38:2219.A.( l )(a), (b) and (c). Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, provided on the specified form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Any Bid Received After the Specified Time and Date Will Not Be Considered. Bids Shall Be Accepted Only From Contractors Who Are Licensed Under La-r.s.37:2150-2163 for the Classification of Mechanical. Note, This Bid is for a Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Project.
