Renovation of a fire / police facility in Phelan, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, and fees to prep site for installation of a Drager two (2) or three (3) story live fire prop made of conex box sea containers. Grading, compaction, forming, and installing a new foundation, footings, and slab for the new training equipment per attached plans and description in the Detailed Scope of Work. All questions should be emailed in writing to jennifer.shaver@fire.ca.gov and CAL FIRE will provide answers to questions. NO QUESTIONS will be entertained after April 18, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. In the opinion of Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), this IFB is complete and without need of explanation.
