The proposer may supplement the draft Scope of Work with any additional work or clarification of work that is determined necessary for the successful completion of the project. The minimum scope of services related to this project includes the following: [The Consultant is invited to provide additional steps or work tasks as they see fit to assist in the completion of the objective.] 1. The consultant shall meet with City staff to gain an understanding of the work completed in the past. 2. The Consultant shall be responsible for completing a design for the concrete driveway, curb & gutters, and C&D drop off concrete slab at the Transfer Station, the concrete driveway at the Traffic Building, the paving of roadway at the Landfill, the scale ramp guardrails and security camera locations at the Landfill, the concrete sidewalk repair at the Municipal Building, the concrete pavement and valley pan repair at the Street and Alley Facility, and the concrete slap and asphalt pavement repair at the Fleet Maintenance Facility. 3. The Consultant and City Staff shall expect to meet frequently (at least on a bi-monthly basis) with City staff during the design phase and on a weekly basis during the Construction Administration phase.
