Renovation of a fire / police facility in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Disconnect, remove, and dispose of the existing boiler and any unneeded equipment Provide and install Knight KBX0400N gas boiler/boilers OR an alternative option that is of sufficient design and size to heat the entire building,5,395 square feet. Provide, install, and connect all needed piping, ducting, drains, low voltage and line voltage electrical connections and wiring, insulation, or other necessary items Provide factory startup of the new boiler. Provide a remote shut off outside of the boiler room. Bid Alternate Item - Disconnect, remove, and dispose of the existing generator that is located in the same interior room with the boiler. Qualified bidders must hold a North Dakota Contractor's License and carry North Dakota Worker's Compensation insurance The City of Fargo reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of thirty (30) days after April 4, 2023, and the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
