The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is planning to construct an auxiliary lane on Interstate 94 from Interstate 29 to 25th Street. As part of the project KLJ is completing the structural design of six overhead sign structures. Five of the signs will be mast structures supported on frost depth spread footings. One will be a cantilever sign structure supported on a drilled shaft foundation. We have described our understanding of the proposed construction and site to the extent others reported it to us.
