The Town of Fort Erie is seeking tenders from qualified contractors to perform the work as detailed herein to complete the 2023 Pavement Marking - Hand Line Painting. The work will consist of hand painting of crosswalks, stop bars, parking stalls, and stencils at various locations throughout the Town within roadways and facility parking lots. This is a one (1) year contract with the possibility to extend the contract for one (1) additional year. In addition, the successful contractor will be required to complete the Pre-Start Check List (Appendix A) prior to commencing work. Once the work is complete, the Project Manager or the Contract Administrator must complete the Post-Performance Evaluation (Appendix B) and provide a copy to the contractor for their records. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be familiar with all areas of the site, all aspects of the work, all conditions and features that will affect the work, and all requirements outlined in the Contract Documents.
