Renovation of a municipal facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of removing existing EPDM and other roof coatings on roof levels noted on plans, replace with new 60 mil EPDM fully adhered. Insulation to be replaced meeting R-values noted on plans. Salvage existing and reset pavers. Iowa DOT is seeking a Contractor that is bonded and insured in the state of Iowa. If the contracted amount is $25,000 or more, the successful Bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond covering the faithful performance of 100% of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Iowa DOT will provide the Performance and Payment Bond Form 131070 upon contract award. DOT Estimated Start Date: July 1, 2023 Estimated Completion date: June 30, 2024 Davis-Bacon wages do not apply. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 4/9/2023 10:00:00 PM. All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the IONwave Bid system through the cut off period for question submissions.
