Construction of Vehicle Wash & Cooling Tower Pads Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et Seq, and N.j.a.c. 17:27 Et Seq. Bids That Arrive Late Due to the Fault of U. S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Dhl, Fedex, Any Delivery/courier Service, or Any Other Carrier of Any Sort Are Still Considered Late and Shall Not Be Accepted by the Authority. Such Bids Shall Remain Unopened and Will Be Returned to the Submitting Entity Upon Request. Bids Are Solicited for the Construction of Vehicle Wash and Cooling Tower Pads at the Acua Hanemann Environmental Park in Egg Harbor Township, Nj. The Work Includes but is Not Limited to the Removal of Approximately 1,100 Sf. Section of Existing Bituminous Paving by the Acua Vehicle Maintenance Facility and Construction of 8" Thick Steel Reinforced Concrete Pad in That Area for Vehicle Wash Purposes; and Construction of a 11 Ft X 8.5 Ft Steel Reinforced Concrete Pad With 3 Ft Footings in a Grassed Area in Front of the Acua Administration Building for a Proposed Cooling Tower (by Others). All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid, Not to Exceed $20,000.00. All Work to Be Performed According to the Plans and Specifications.
