Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of two parts: Part 1 - City Funded Work shall consist of: (a) Asphalt Pavement Reconstruction and Associated Works (i) Hartford Avenue from Sinclair Street to CPR Winnipeg Beach (ii) Powers Street from Machray Avenue to Cathedral Avenue (b) Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation and Associated Works (i) Burrows Avenue Eastbound Side from Aikins Street to Charles Street (ii) College Avenue from McGregor Street to Salter Street (iii) Machray Avenue from Powers Street to Salter Street (iv) Pritchard Avenue from Charles Street to Main Street (c) Sewer Repairs and Associated Works (i) College Avenue from McGregor Street to Salter Street (ii) Hartford Avenue from Sinclair Street to CPR Winnipeg Beach (iii) Machray Avenue from Powers Street to Salter Street (iv) Powers Street from Machray Avenue to Cathedral Avenue (v) Pritchard Avenue from Charles Street to Main Street (d) Traffic Calming Improvements and Associated Works (i) Watson Street from Jefferson Avenue to Leila Avenue Part 2 - Manitoba Hydro Funded Work shall consist of: (a) Installation of Street Lighting and Associated Works (i) Hartford Avenue from Sinclair Street to CPR Winnipeg Beach Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
