Project Brooke Charter School Phase 2 HVAC Upgrade and Associated Repairs includes: HVAC demolition and replacement, associated structural reinforcement, roofing & flashing tie-ins, new sprinkler system, new act ceiling systems, new vertical lift, plumbing, and electrical work. **Sub Bid Date and time (04/21/2023 at 2:00 PM ET) in Sub project 1. The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following work: a. Selective Demolition as indicated on the drawings. b. New DOAS and ERU and on roof and ductwork throughout the entire school as indicated on the drawings. c. New steel reinforcing for DOAS and ERU. d. Roof flashing tie-in at new equipment and penetrations. e. New sprinkler system f. New acoustic tile ceiling system The work is estimated to cost $9,400,000.00.
