Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Tear off and replace roof, replace facia and other wood as needed, replace soffit, wrap exterior wood with metal at the North River Valley Park Concession stand, located at 1015 East 13th Street, Ames, Iowa. 1. The contractor shall maintain a safe work area around the facility 2. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of all old roofing materials and debris with close attention to the removal of nails from the work area 3. Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment that are necessary to complete the project 4. Contractor shall provide all warranty information upon completion of project 5. All work shall be completed on April 15, 2025, or sooner 6. Owner reserves the right to stop or reschedule work due to conditions in the park 7.
