Performance Bond or Bank Letter of Credit is required of all successful bidders. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the township. Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any or all informalities in connection therewith, to re-advertise, and to accept the bid that, in their opinion, is in the best interest of the township.
