Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Titusville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be reviewed at the Cherrytree Township Municipal Building (tele-phone: (814) 827-1078). Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those personswhose name and ad-dress are on record with the Owner as having ob-tained the contract documents. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are ap-plicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid-ding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purposeof reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. The project will generally consist of the removal and replacementof six (6) 18" diameter HDPE drainage culverts as well as the installa- tion of riprap scour protection and general restoration activities. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten per- cent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submit-ted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders must be prequalified in accor-dance with PennDOT. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
