Reference Number 0000314904 The City of Aspen (City) is requesting proposals from consultants with demonstrated experience in the construction inspection of heavy civil construction projects, particularly with respect to stormline and watermain projects and projects constructed in mountain communities. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional services for construction inspection of the Hallam and Garmisch Storm and Waterline Replacement Project, as described herein. This RFP describes the project in general, the required scope of services, the selection process, and the minimum information required in a fully responsive proposal. The information contained in this RFP is the City's best understanding of the current needs and approach on how to address those needs, but the City is open to suggestions to the scope of work described herein based upon the Offeror's professional expertise. If the Offeror believes there is a better, or different, way to achieve the City's goals, then the Offeror should include that information in their proposal.
