Replace exhaust duct at beach concession at Parkers River beach. Remove old exhaust and repair or replace with new. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts, and equipment transportation costs necessary to perform all repairs and services required for the Removal of old exhaust fan including disposal and installation of new exhaust fanduct work at Parkers River Beach Concession. Located at 157 South Shore Drive. South Yarmouth. MA 02664. Remove current exhaust fan and duct work that is no longer operational and dispose of properly. o Install 16-gauge welded exhaust duct work and include offset and clean outs Disconnect and reconnect fire system installed to UL 300 Standards. o Install exhaust fan with grease collector and hinged base o Install wall plate and duct to fan adaptor o Work will include electrical and gas work to complete installation. o Perform Fire test. o Exhaut fan and duct work must meet manufacturer guidelines
