Oakland Avenue elderly housing development consists of (40) residential apartments in (5) - two story residential buildings and a one story community building. The proposed scope includes providing a new addressable fire alarm control panel and addressable devices. 24 Mystic Street development has (72) one-bedroom apartments located in (9) two story buildings with a community building which contains the maintenance shop. The proposed scope includes replacing all federal pacific panels throughout the development. 22 Mystic Street elderly development has (72) one-bedroom apartments located in (9) two story residential buildings and a one story, community building and office. The proposed scope includes replacing all federal pacific panels throughout the development. 101 Broadway development contains (41) one-bedroom apartments in a three story building. There are (21) studios and (20) one bedrooms in the development. The proposed scope includes providing a new addressable fire alarm control panel and addressable devices. Lowell Boulevard development has (2) buildings with (4) bedrooms each. The Unit R is three story high with a basement and Unit C is one story high with slab on grade.
