There are current heating oil systems in place that will need to be removed and disposed off of USFS land by the Contractor. There are 6 base items and 10 optional items within this contract at 8 different structures. The Contractor must quote on all base and optional items to be considered for award of this contract. Rose St C-3 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. C-4 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 452.211-72 Statement of Work/Specifications (FEB 1988) The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications referenced in Section J. 452.211-73 Attachments to Statement of Work/Specifications (FEB 1988) 1240BH23Q0016 Page 4 of 74 The attachments to the Statement of Work/Specifications listed in Section J are hereby made part of this solicitation and any resultant contract. C-5 BIO-PREFERRED PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS The Contractor must comply with Section 9002 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (FSRIA), Executive Order (EO) 13423, "Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management," and the Federal Acquisition Regulation to provide biobased products. The Contractor shall utilize products and material made from biobased materials (e.g., insulating foam, composite panels, and concrete and asphalt release fluids) to the maximum extent possible without jeopardizing the intended end use or detracting from the overall quality delivered to the end user. All supplies and materials shall be of a type and quality that conform to applicable Federal specifications and standards. All supplies and materials to be used in the performance of work described herein are subject to the approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The following is an example list of products that may be used in this contract for minor construction for which biobased products are available. The list is not all inclusive. It is desirable that vendors be able to supply the greatest number of biobased products meeting the health and environmental specifications. The estimated start work date is May 2023. All work shall be completed within 120 days of issuance of Notice to Proceed. One award will be made from this solicitation, Contractors must submit pricing for all items to be considered for award.
