For the Lakewood Industrial Park Roadway Improvements project. The bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope: (1) addressed to Lakewood Industrial Commission, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701, (2) bearing the name and address of the bidder written on the face of the envelope, and (3) clearly marked "BID" with the contract title and/or bid # being bid. The scope of the project includes improvements to Airport Road from NJSH Route 70 to the Garden State Parkway South ramp, Paco Way from Oak Street to cul-de-sac, and Corporate Road West from Towbin Avenue to Paco Way. The work includes, but is not limited to, road milling, paving, base repair where required, asphalt driveway aprons where required, concrete driveway aprons where required, concrete vertical curb where required, pavement striping, inlets, drainage pipe, inlet repairs, inlet curb pieces and inlet bicycle safe grates for the above noted roads within the Township All work on this contract shall be completed within 90 calendar days. Bids must be on the bid form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. NO BIDS ARE TO BE DROPPED OFF AT THE ENGINEER'S OFFICE. The Lakewood Industrial Commission reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Lakewood Industrial Commission.
