Requests for interpretation of the terms and conditions of this RFP and project specifications must be made by e-mail to the Project Director, Sven Gonstead, Planner/Recreation Coordinator, Marquette County at sgonstead@mqtco.org by close of business April 11, 2023. An addendum responding to questions received will be posted on Marquette County's webpage www.mqtco.org no later than close of business April 13, 2023. Project Description: The project consists of the following scope items Scope Item 1 Perkins Park Roof Replacemet Front Office Building, Cabin, Main Bathhouse, North Bathroom This work shall consist of removing existing roof material to bare decking, replacement of sub-roof decking as needed, installation of underlayment, ice shield, and asphalt architectural shingles, rated for 25-30 years install flashing and drip edge to color match existing. Project Timeline: Approximately May - November 30, 2023. 2. Bid Bond: The contractor shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. A Materials Payment and Performance Bond for 100% of the cost of The Work will be required.
