Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of construction of a 1-million-gallon composite elevated storage tank and its associated appurtenances and piping, fencing, an access drive, and a fire hydrant. Qualifications Questionnaire Due to bcanady@murfee.com or hand delivered to the Engineer's office by April 7, 2023 at 9am. PROJECT ADDRESS: 304 OLD STONE ROAD, AUSTIN, TX 78737 A. The Work in general consists of the following: - Construction of a Composite Elevated Finished Water Storage Tank with a 125- feet high overflow. - Installation of a 16-inch water line from the proposed EST (Elevated Storage Tank) with a tie-in to the existing 12-inch water line running through the lot. - Installation of a fire hydrant on the north end of the site that connects to the existing 12" waterline. - Construction of an access road and driveway into the site from Old Stone Road. B. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. General Requirements, grading, drainage, water quality. 2. Miscellaneous electrical, instrumentation, and controls installation and improvements. 3. Restoration
