The Work in general consists of the following: - Construction of a Composite Elevated Finished Water Storage Tank with a 125- feet high overflow. - Installation of a 16-inch water line from the proposed EST (Elevated Storage Tank) with a tie-in to the existing 12-inch water line running through the lot. - Installation of a fire hydrant on the north end of the site that connects to the existing 12" waterline. - Construction of an access road and driveway into the site from Old Stone Road. B. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. General Requirements, grading, drainage, water quality. 2. Miscellaneous electrical, instrumentation, and controls installation and improvements. 3. Restoration
