Bid Cancelled. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK The contractor will be required to replace the damaged Bullet proof glass and provide materials, labor and supervision to correct the deficiencies to Pharmacy. This project is located at the main Hospital at Audie L. Murphy campus of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), 7400 Merton Minter San Antonio, TX 78229 . II. BACKGROUND: During an Environment of Care (EOC) inspection it was noted that the glass was severely damaged and causing difficulty seeing through the glass. III. STATEMENT OF PROJECT OBJECTIVES: This following statement will describe what STVHCS is expecting to be provided by the contractor. The objectives are as follows: 1. Pharmacy: a. Prepare the existing surface including the removal of the Glass, caulking, polyurethane, removal and replacement of partitions or work area impediments. IV. PERIOD OF PER This solicitation is issued as a firm fixed price procurement on Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov). The vendor must be registered under NAICS 228190 to be eligible for award. Quotations are due March 29, 2023, 2:00 PM CST. Late quotes or documentation may be accepted if advantageous to the Government.
