The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide professional window cleaning services for both interior and exterior windows at One, Two, and Three UN Plaza. One and Two UN Plaza are approximately 40-story, Class A, mixed-use office and hotel buildings with a Building Maintenance Unit. Three UN Plaza is a 15-story Class A office building. All three buildings are located in East Midtown Manhattan. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in this field. Licensed to do business in the State of New York. New York City Department of Buildings Special Rigger License. Liability insurance of $10,000,000. A resume of current assignments in New York City at comparable Class A high-rise office buildings. Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references with contact information.
