The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: All labor and materials (unless otherwise specified) for the building renovation and site improvements as detailed in the plans and specification herein at Hidden Creek Aqua Park (1220 Fredrickson Place, Highland Park, Illinois). The site improvements scope includes: PCC deck removal and replacement Shade Structures removal and replacement Trench drain removal and replacement Storm sewer and trench drain installation Site restoration Other items needed to complete the proposed improvements The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. Work will start on Monday, September 11, 2023 and conclude by Friday, December 30, 2023. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in general contracting work or similar and familiar with relevant trades.
