Contractor to supply all materials, equipment and labor for flooring portion of this project. Contractor to perform any and all floor prep necessary. Contractor to provide adequate quantity of each product for attic stock. Owner will have floor surfaces clear of debris and swept and vacuumed in advance of flooring application.
