Renovation of a mixed-use development in Topton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
For renovations at the Nantahala Community Center and Library. Renovations for the following trades are available for bid with respective bid close times. Not with standing the foregoing, Macon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. For technical questions, bidders may contact Jack Morgan at 828-371-1376. All Bidders shall seal the envelopes containing proposals and mark upon the outside the specific trade and bid close time. The name and address of the bidder must be plainly marked on the outside of each envelope. Minority businesses, womens businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. 1. Faux stone 36" AFF, stacked pattern, with water sill capstone on parking lot side, White Oak Lane and north sides. 2. Color TBD by owner 3. Repair all cracks in existing stucco with late and new stucco to match existing. 4. New stucco on new cmus infilling garage door. 5. Remove faux stone around existing storefront door and windows and re-stucco those areas. 6. Repair and stucco over abandoned flue opening. 7. Repair cracks in fireplace profile. 8. Repair stucco as needed around all windows and exterior doors.
