Ulric Villeneuve. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, will be considered for the purpose of awarding a contract , the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB -1. 1). Only bidders who have obtained the tender document directly from SÉAO are eligible to bid. To be valid, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a chartered bank or a bid bond issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender, payable to the order of the municipality of Papineauville. This bond shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders.
