Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
The objective of the RFP is to identify a qualified provider capable of providing long-term, secure, reliable, and cost-effective services for our organization. This document details the scope of work required to upgrade the IT equipment in One Brooklyn Health's (OBH) data centers. OBH is looking to build a strong partnership with the selected vendor and ultimately contract for the services. 1.1. This project includes data centers at the following OBH Hospitals: (1) BHMC: One Brookdale Plaza Brooklyn, NY 11212 (2) KJMC: 585 Schenectady Ave Brooklyn, NY 11203 (3) IMC: 1545 Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn, New York 11213. This project is funded through an award from the NYS Department of Health's Health Care Facilities Transformation Program: Kings County. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 30% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 30% Contract term: July 2023-January 2024 County(ies): Kings Location: Brooklyn, NY
