The Town of Fort Erie (the "Town") has a requirement for an experience qualified proponent to provide reliable monitoring and reports for pre/post wastewater flows throughout the Town of Fort Erie. The successful proponent is to provide all necessary calibrated flow monitoring and communications equipment to accurately and continuously measure sanitary sewer flows at three to four locations over a one (1) year period with an option of extending the contract to an additional two (2) years. Contractor shall have full responsibility of its employee's safety and providing appropriate safety equipment. The ownership of the monitors and associated equipment will reside with the successful proponent. The successful proponent will commence wastewater flow monitoring of the collection system in spring of 2023 and will be responsible for the supply and installation of monitoring equipment, operating the monitoring system, inspecting the equipment, maintaining monitoring equipment, capturing data, processing data, providing data storage on a hosted website and providing a report and monitoring data to the Town.
