**As of May 30,2023, this project has been awarded to Cedar Crest Lands (BC) Ltd, with no awarded amount.** The City requests Proposals from qualified experienced companies for the Percy Perry Track and Field Renewal located at Town Centre Park 1299 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam, BC, Canada. The Work includes all civil, track and sports field related works required to allow for the removal and replacement of the existing synthetic turf field and running track surfacing with the following general major components of work: 1. Removal and offsite disposal of the existing synthetic turf, infill and shock pad. 2. Removal and offsite disposal of the existing rubberized surfacing and asphalt base for the oval track and adjacent areas. 3. Demolition, site preparation, grading and earthworks as required. 4. Supply and installation of an infilled synthetic turf system including new shock/drainage pad. 5. Construction of a new asphalt base for the oval track and surrounding areas. 6. Supply and installation of new Mondo Super X 720 track surfacing system. 7. Provision for post construction World Rugby One Turf testing for the synthetic field. 8. Provision for post construction World Athletics Class 2 certification for the running track. 9. Various additional miscellaneous work as shown on the project drawings and specifications.
