International Contractors, Inc. (ICI), as the Construction Manager for Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205, invites you to submit a bid on site improvements at multiple school sites in Elmhurst, IL. Scope of work includes removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete pavement, sanitary and storm sewer replacement, synthetic turf installation, and landscaping restoration work. Work is scheduled to begin June 2023 and complete August 2023. Direct inquiries to the construction manager. All questions must be in writing and will be emailed directly to ICI.
