Approximately 1200 sq. ft.; Respondents to verify measurements if important. Lean-to shed area along side fence and the fence portion along the front of the property to be demolished as well (including any concrete footings, etc.). Side and rear fences to remain. Gravel driveway to remain. 7646 Dunn St. (“Log House”): Vacant residential dwelling (log home) constructed 1984. Approximately 2500 sq. ft.; Respondents to verify measurements if important.
