Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Nisku, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project is located in Nisku, Leduc County. The project consists of upgrades to the existing Nisku West Pump Station. The work generally consists of: Overflow piping replacement and new manhole Site perimeter fencing New Generator and Pad Interior Architectural Repairs New Electrical Service Electrical Upgrades Process Mechanical Upgrades including but not limited to new valves, refurbishing valves, pressure gauges, etc. Building Mechanical Upgrades Decommissioning and removal of pump engine and appurtenances Instrumentation and Control connections Security System installation As Optional Provisional Items, which may be deleted from the scope based on overall budgets, the following work scope items are included: Pump removal, refurbishment, and re-installation Pump discharge piping replacement Re-installation of removed valves Discharge Header replacement New 400 HP Electric Motor Overflow piping replacement In-Reservoir discharge piping replacement Manual ATS for 400 HP motor Electrical Connection to 400 HP motor
