Reference Number 0000244401 Source ID FD.CC.ON.862549.C101249 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: Two, one-year extensions Bid Intent Not Available Work of this Contract includes the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, overhead, profit, mobilization and demobilization to clean residential gutters at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The initial term for this service contract is one (1) year from the date of notification of contract award. NO physical work on site may commence prior to September 15 and the Work must be completed no later than October 31. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods with the same Terms and Conditions and applicable cost escalation. The Contractor will be advised within thirty (30) calendar days of expiry of the contract if the option to extend will be executed. As per Acknowledgement Document, Item 7 - Bidders are advised that it is understood and agreed that in the event of their Tender being accepted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the date and time stated for closing of tenders and their failing or refusing to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms of their Tender, their bid security, if required by the tender, (i) if in the form of a wire transfer, shall be forfeited to His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, or (ii) if in the form of a Bid Bond, the Bonding Company shall be liable in accordance with the Bond.
