Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Housing Commission and shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The work, in general, consist of: the removal & replacement of existing asphalt, concrete paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks as required to reconstruct the entry-exit drive at 3820 Richfield Road. The work, in general, consists of the expansion of the existing parking lot at Richert Manor Apartments. 1. The removal & replacement of existing asphalt and concrete paving; the provision/placement of asphalt & concrete paving and compacted base; placement of pavement markings and other associated work items as noted on the drawings & within the specifications of the contract documents. 2. The removal & replacement of site lighting. 3. Repair/replacement of site elements/features affected by the performance of the work: concrete paving/sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, lawns, etc. 4. And other work indicated within the specifications, work item notes, drawings and as required to properly complete the work.
