Description of option 1: Paving rue perse and rue des commissaires/epinettes: The work for this option consists of paving Perse Street (+/- 175 meters long, one (1) single layer) and Commissioners/Spruce Street (section) (+/- 1100 meters long, two (2) layers). Decontamination/preparation/granular compaction must be included by the contractor. Work on rue perse and the first layer of rue des commissaires must be completed by July 1, 2023. The municipality reserves the right to revise upwards or downwards the surfaces to be carried out. The contractor must plan his price for granular preparation/compaction (payable per square meter) and paving (payable per ton). The contractor must issue his price according to the following schedule: Granular preparation/ compaction, unit price per square meter. Supply and installation of bituminous mix, unit price per ton. A pedestrian passage is planned (approximately 220 meters long by 1.52 meters wide), as well as a passage for vehicles (2 lanes wide (6.0 meters total width)). At the location concerned, the pedestrian crossing will follow the curvature of the passage of vehicles.
