This call for tenders is subject to the ACCQO, AQNB, ALEC. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender deposit made out to Ville de Coteau-du-Lac, for an amount equal to 10% of the total value of the tender. The bid deposit must be valid for a period of 60 days and be provided in the form of either of the following two alternatives: One (1) check certified by a financial institution entitled to do business in the province of Quebec; One (1) bid bond issued by a corporation holding a permit from the Inspector General of Financial Institutions authorizing it to act as an insurer.
