Responder Will Be Required to Perform Professional Services for Development of a New Masterplan for the University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe Campus. The Professional Services, to Include but Not Limited to: Existing Facility Condition Verifications and Mep System Capability Analysis, Verification of Existing and Future Development Capacity and Restrictions Per Regulatory Agencies, Tahoe Reginal Protection Agency (Trpa), Space Re-use/efficiency Studies, Recommendations to Improve Campus Circulation Systems, Update Signage, Improve Wayfinding, Develop Guidelines for Exterior Campus Aesthetic, Improvements Public Safety, Improve General Campus and Facility Operations, Re-utilization and Renovation Planning, Development Scheduling and Budgetary Implementation Plan, and in General Assist the University of Nevada, Reno (Unr) in Efficient Use of the Existing Space and Planned Development for the Future. The University retains the right to issue the selected firm follow-on contracts for additional design services on this project.
