Removal and replacement of existing roofing systems on the approximately 6,500 square foot maintenance building. Roofing systems will include EPDM membrane and standing seam metal systems. A. Contract Modifications The City of Worthington receive bids for Airport Maintenance Building Roof Replacement Project subject to terms and conditions contained in Bidding Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. Bids will be on Lump Sum basis. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the best interests of the City.
