This project includes moving the curb line, sidewalk modification, landscaping work, installing concrete islands, pavement installation, and signing and striping at all locations. Base-Bid Locations: All work within this contract is to be completed per these Special Provisions, current City of Aurora Roadway Design and Construction Manual, and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Substantial completion (all roadways must be completed) is to be established by December 31, 2023 and final completion by June 1, 2024.
