Questions Deadline: 4/16/2023 10:00 PM (CT) The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary for removing existing EPDM roof membrane and cover board, including downspouts and collector heads and replacing with new vapor barrier, cover board and EPDM membrane, downspouts and collector heads. Off-site disposal of all demolition debris is required. All questions related to this project are to be submitted through the IONwave Bid system through the cut off period for question submissions.
