1.5 Scope: A. Newport Heights ES: The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demo existing boiler and boiler appurtenances. 2. Demo existing heating and chilled water pumps including associated VFD's. 3. Provide two high efficiency gas-fired boilers and appurtenances. 4. Provide new chilled water and heating water pumps including new VFD's. 5. Provide DDC controls for boilers. 6. Provide miscellaneous improvements to the existing heating water system. 7. Electrical work to support mechanical scope. B. Sherwood Forest ES: The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demo existing boiler and boiler appurtenances. 2. Demo existing domestic water heater and water heater appurtenances. 3. Provide two high efficiency gas-fired boilers and appurtenances. 4. Provide one high efficiency gas-fired water heater and appurtenances. 5. Provide DDC controls for boilers and water heaters. 6. Provide miscellaneous improvements to the existing heating water system. 7. Electrical work to support mechanical scope. C. Woodridge ES: The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demo existing boiler and boiler appurtenances. 2. Provide two high efficiency gas-fired boilers and appurtenances. 3. Provide DDC controls for boilers. 4. Provide miscellaneous improvements to the existing heating water system. 5. Electrical work to support mechanical scope 1.7 The Board of Directors of Bellevue School District No. 405 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality. 1.8 No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the receiving thereof or before award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days. Pre Bid Meet at the front of each school outside the school's main office. Any prime bidders submitting a bid are encouraged to have a representative in attendance at the pre-bid meeting. In addition to Prime bidders, Mechanical, Electrical and Demolition/Abatement subcontractors are welcome and encouraged to attend.
