The City of Lebanon operates a Solid Waste Facility at 370 Plainfield Rd in West Lebanon, NH. Construction and Demolition Debris (C&D) and Brush is accepted at the Lebanon Solid Waste Facility. Services are for grinding the C&D and the Brush. Brush needs to ground up to 2" minus and left onsite to be used in the Lebanon composting program. The location for ground material will be adjacent to current brush pile. C&D includes dimensional lumber, plywood, clapboards, and other material generated from the construction or demolition of a structure. Other wastes may include shingles, sheetrock, insulation, PVC pipe, etc. C&D must be ground to 2" minus and left onsite. This is a requirement of the facility's solid waste permit with NHDES. This project is a one-time project to be done in the Spring of 2023. Scheduling will be done with the Solid Waste Manager.
