The existing Phase 1 housing will be demolished to create a building site for the proposed project. The new 508-bed, approximately 145,000 GSF facility will consist of 127 four-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms and kitchen and living room spaces. Each 4-bedroom apartment shall be approximately 1100 square feet. There will also be two approximately 880sf staff 2-bedroom apartments and 6 approximately 520sf single-bedroom Residential Assistant (RA) apartments. Additionally, this project features ground-floor shared amenity spaces, support spaces, and other maintenance and service-oriented spaces. A new approximately 82-stall parking lot will be constructed on the east side of the buildings. Respondents must be prequalified with the Trustees.
