Demolition: Demolition of existing site conditions for the improvements in conflict with the proposed renovation requirements as indicated in the drawings and specifications. 2. Scope item 2. Interior improvements: The existing school campus will undergo renovations to classrooms and lab area requirements as indicated in the drawings and specifications, with detailed scope as follows: a. New finishes (ceiling, flooring, paint) b. New lighting c. New controls (lighting, call buttons) d. New markerboards 3. Scope item 3. Addition: New Black Box building addition.
