15, 000 gallons, more or less, MC-70, MC-800, and MC-3000, Road Oil and MWS90 Emulsion or as an alternate 15,000 gallons of HFRS2-P, also pricing per gallon for hauling, spreading and rolling stone. The township also requests the use of a power broom before any oiling or chipping is done. The Township would also request use of the power broom other than when chipping and sealing be included free of charge. Bid prices must be guaranteed from April 3rd, 2023, through November 30, 2023. The bidder should have the availability of transport loads if requested by the Township. Please write Road Oil Bid on envelope. The successful bidder must provide a certificate of appropriate insurance, (liability insurance minimum 4 million dollars) with Orange Township names as Certificate Holder, current Worker s Compensation Certification and certification that all Real Estate and Personal taxes have been paid. If the successful bidder hires or contracts with any other person or trucking company that is not insured by the prime bidder, the Township must be provided with their names, addresses, certification of insurance, certification of Worker s Compensation coverage, and certification that all Real Estate and Personal Property taxes have been paid by them. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in favor of that bid which best fit s the needs of this Township.
