The Project generally consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of the following Work: earthwork, utilities, 4 natural turf and 1 synthetic turf fields, multi-purpose sports fields, a central restroom/concession/storage building, a maintenance building & storage compound, and inclusive playground, a paved 12-foot permieter trail, stie lighting, landscaping and hardscaping for the entire site.
